Alex and April met in an unusual way ~ although both from New Orleans they met in Destin, FL. Alex on family vacation and April on a girls' trip. They met at an old hangout spot, AJ's - through what some might call, a matchmaker.

Alex and April didn't hang in the same circles but became friends through social media. They talked, almost, everyday but only saw each other a handful of times before Alex officially asked April on a date. April, fearful of losing the friendship, would never commit. Well, as many would say, persistence is key; three months later, July of 2015, April finally said yes, and the pair never looked back.

Alex proposed May 14th, 2021, on a fishing trip alongside their closest friends and, of course, said Yes! Now, nine years later, happily engaged with their own family, they prepare for the next journey, down the aisle.

They couldn't be more excited to have the wedding of their Dreams and are so excited to share this moment with every, single, one of you.
